Frases clave
| Inglés | Español |
|---|---|
| Hi everyone, can you hear me OK? | Hola a todos, ¿me oís bien? |
| Shall we start? | ¿Empezamos? |
| Let's wait two minutes for Leo. | Esperemos dos minutos a Leo. |
Gramática · Abrir una reunión
Hi everyone · Can you hear me? · Shall we start? · Let's + verbo
Las reuniones empiezan con frases fijas. Let's (vamos a…) propone algo al grupo. Shall we…? pregunta si empezáis.
Hi everyone! Let's wait a minute for Priya, then let's start.
¡Hola a todos! Esperemos un minuto a Priya y luego empezamos.
💡 Let's es let us: let's start, let's wait, let's begin.
Así lo dirías
Mark: You're running the meeting. Open it.
Tú: Hi everyone! Can you hear me OK? Great, shall we start?
Hi everyone es lo natural. Comprobar el audio y preguntar “Shall we start?” suena amable.
Dar tu opinión
Di lo que piensas de forma sencilla.
Frases clave
| Inglés | Español |
|---|---|
| I think the first option is better. | Creo que la primera opción es mejor. |
| In my opinion, we need more time. | En mi opinión, necesitamos más tiempo. |
| I'm not sure, to be honest. | No estoy seguro, la verdad. |
Gramática · Dar una opinión
I think (that)… · In my opinion,… · I don't think… · I'm not sure
Para la negativa, se niega think: I don't think it's a good idea.
I think option B is cheaper, but I don't think it's faster.
💡 “I think that no” es un error típico. Lo correcto: I don't think so.
Así lo dirías
Sarah: What do you think about moving the daily to 10 am?
Tú: I think it's a good idea. It's better for me because I start at nine.
“I think that yes” no es natural: I think so o I think it's a good idea. Falta el sujeto en “is better”.
Estar de acuerdo o no
Muestra acuerdo y desacuerdo con educación.
Frases clave
| Inglés | Español |
|---|---|
| I agree with you. | Estoy de acuerdo contigo. |
| I see your point, but I'm not sure. |
| That's true, but it's expensive. | Es verdad, pero es caro. |
Gramática · Acuerdo y desacuerdo
I agree (with you) · I don't agree · I see your point, but… · That's true, but…
En inglés se dice I agree, no “I'm agree”.
I agree with Priya. That's true, but we need to check the budget.
Leo: I think we should release on Friday afternoon. Do you agree?
Tú: I see your point, but I don't agree. If something breaks on Friday afternoon, nobody is here to fix it.
I don't agree (no “I'm not agree”).
Ofrecerte
Ofrécete para tareas en la reunión.
Frases clave
| Inglés | Español |
|---|---|
| I'll send the notes after the meeting. |
| I can do that, no problem. | Lo puedo hacer yo, sin problema. |
| Who wants to take this one? | ¿Quién quiere encargarse de esta? |
Gramática · Will para ofrecerte
I'll + verbo · I can + verbo · Shall I + verbo?
Cuando decides algo en el momento (ofrecerte), se usa will: I'll do it.
— Who can fix the bug? — I'll take it!
— ¿Quién puede arreglar el bug? — ¡Yo me encargo!
💡 “I'll take it” = me la quedo / me encargo yo. Muy útil en el planning.
Así lo dirías
Sarah: We need someone to prepare the demo for Thursday. Any volunteers?
Tú: I'll do it! I'll prepare the slides and send them to you on Wednesday.
Terminar y resumir
Cierra la reunión con quién hace qué.
Frases clave
| Inglés | Español |
|---|---|
| So, Leo is going to fix the bug. | Entonces, Leo va a arreglar el bug. |
| Any other questions? | ¿Alguna pregunta más? |
| Thanks, everyone. See you tomorrow! | Gracias a todos. ¡Hasta mañana! |
Gramática · Resumir tareas
So, X is going to + verbo · Any other questions? · Thanks, everyone
So, Priya is going to write the email and Mark is going to check the budget.
Mark: The meeting is ending. Summarise who's doing what.
Tú: So, Leo is going to fix the bug, and Priya is going to finish the design. Any other questions? Thanks, everyone!
Is going to + verbo para los siguientes pasos.
Abrir, opinar, acordar, ofrecerte y cerrar.
Frases clave
| Inglés | Español |
|---|---|
| Can I add something? | ¿Puedo añadir algo? |
| Sorry, can you repeat the last part? | Perdona, ¿puedes repetir la última parte? |
| That was a useful meeting. | Ha sido una reunión útil. |
Gramática · Repaso de la unidad
Shall we start? · I think / I don't think so · I agree · I'll do it · X is going to…
I agree with Leo. I'll write the email, and Priya is going to call them.
Sarah: In the meeting, Sarah suggests a new tool. You like it and can test it. Respond.
Tú: I agree, I think it's a great idea. I'll test it this week and share my feedback on Friday.
I agree (no “I'm agree”). I think it's…
